Before founding Eighth Row, she worked in journalism, accounting, and federal auditing—roles that shared one thing in common: helping people make sense of complex information. Starting as a writer and eventually becoming Managing Editor of a local newspaper, she learned early that good information matters. Later, work in accounting and auditing reinforced the same lesson from a different perspective.
What never changed was an interest in helping people understand what they were looking at and what to do next.
That’s what ultimately led to bookkeeping.
For many business owners, financial records feel like something to avoid until tax season arrives. Angela believes they should be a practical tool instead — something that provides clarity, reduces stress, and helps business owners make informed decisions throughout the year.
